4 watt LED

The modern designed Sirius fixture is easy to install in all STAS multirail systems. Sirius is available in a length of 19.68 inches (50 cm), executed in chrome. You can click the fixture into the rail with a simple motion. Adjusting the fixture is not necessary, you only need to install the lamp and through the flexible portion of the fixture you can highlight the wall decorations in the desired manner.

The modern designed Signo fixture is easy to install in all STAS multirail systems. Simply click the fixture into the rail. The greater the distance to the artwork, the more diffuse the light beam will be. The signo fixture is installed at 24.41 inches (62 cm) from the wall and is ideal for lighting larger pieces of art. The Signo fixture is available in chrome and is executed with a flexible part, allowing you to illuminate your wall decorations just the way you want. Further adjustment of the fixture is not necessary, you only need to install the lamp.

The STAS multirail power adapter 45 W supplies electricity to your STAS multirail system. One adapter will supply power to a maximum of 17.5 Yards of rail (16 meter / 8 segments), and to a maximum of 10 LED lamps (4 W).

To install more than 17.5 Yards of rail and / or more than 10 LED lamps use a second adapter and DO NOT LINK RAIL.

CAUTION: if you use multiple adapters, make absolutely sure you create independent circuits. In other words: two adapters cannot be connected! So, NEVER link two segments of rail that are each connected to a different adapter! You can only connect rail segments that share the same adapter.

There are combinations of hooks and cords for loads up to 8.8 lbs, 22 lbs, 33 lbs and 44lbs per set to pick from. It's better to use two or more cord-hook combinations for the larger frames, so the weight capacity is certainly enough, plus you can level the frame better when you have two hook - cord combinations to hang your artwork on.

Warranty
STAS picture hanging systems guarantees the quality of the supplied hanging systems and the quality of the materials used.
This warranty runs for a period of five (5) years from purchase of the hanging system and one (1) year for all STAS multirail 12 V components. Failure to comply with the cautions stated in this manual may affect your safety and will void your warranty.

Place wooden strip (included) in the powered groove to prevent crimping the wiring as you cut.

The rail is easy to cut to size using a hacksaw.

Mount the Rail

Mark 1.2" from the ceiling or where you want the top of the rail to be.

Use a 6mm (15/64) drill bit.

Pre-drill. Mounting holes are every 12".

Push in an anchor, then the mounting.

CAUTION

• Do not short-circuit the output terminals
• Never use more than one adapter when connecting the rails
• Ensure the correct voltage is used as continuous excess voltage could damage your multirail system
• Maximum load: 40 Watt
• Use max. 10 STAS 4 Watt PowerLEDs and max. 17.5 yards (16 m) of rail per adapter.

Caution: Before starting, turn off the power at the main circuit panel.

• The total wattage may never exceed the capacity of the transformer.
  
• Do not short-circuit the output terminals.
• Ensure the correct voltage is used as continuous excess voltage could damage your multirail system.
• The transformer cables may not be extended or shortened in any case.
• Turn off the system/unplug and allow to cool before replacing the bulb.
• Bulb and enclosure could get hot.
• Do not look directly at the lighted bulb.
• Keep hot bulb away from materials that may burn.
• MR11 – GU4 is the only suitable lamp for STAS armatures.
• Do not operate the unit with a missing or damaged bulb.
• Keep out of reach from children.
• Deviation from the assembly instructions may result in a risk of fire or electric shock.
• When using more than one adapter you need to create independent circuits. Make sure you never connect the rails with more than one adapter at a time!
  Otherwise this will result in a short ciruit.
• Insert the wooden strip before sawing/shortening the rail to prevent damage to the power lines.
• Never make any adjustments to the system other than stated in this manual.
• Always use original STAS products, parts, lighting fixtures and (LED) lamps.
